Because of the Florida Fire, all public access to the Madera Canyon Recreation Area will be restricted beginning Monday, July 11, at 6:00 a.m.
The following temporary road closures will remain in effect while firefighting crews continue battling the Florida Fire:
Gardner Canyon Road (Forest Road 92) -- Closed 5 miles west of Highway 83.
Greaterville Road (Forest Road 62) -- Closed 4 miles west of Highway 83 and also at Continental School east of Green Valley.
