Cochise County

The Cochise County Area is best known for the town of Tombstone and its historic Gunfight at the OK Corral. Attractions include the Chiricahua National Monument, Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park, Kartchner Caverns State Park, and tours of the Lavender Pit Mine and Queen Mine in Bisbee, plus much more.


Cochise County is located in the Southeast Corner of the State of Arizona. Bisbee is the county seat. The geography of Cochise County can best be described as mountains and wide valleys.
